Day 08 - A song that you know all the words to
Selena - Dreaming of You
There are plenty of songs I know all the lyrics to, so I'm taking today's challenge up a notch by posting the FIRST song I remember knowing all the lyrics too. I never had the song on cassette or CD, so instead I told everyone in the car to shut up whenever it came on the radio. ^.^
I even remember thinking of my elementary boyfriend whenever this song came on. oh young puppy love..
I saw the movie about her life on TV sometime before I came to Japan. When I first saw the movie I had no concept of how young she was when she was murdered. So tragic...but her legacy still lives on.
Reading her wiki page while searching for the lyrics I also learned that Selena Gomez is named after her.

I remember when Selena was trying to cross over to the American market and she came out with this song. I also recall sitting on my bed, daydreaming about love and desperately hoping to someday find someone who I could dedicate this song to. LOL I've always been a hopeless romantic. Apparently, I have to realize that spies don't get to fall in love. Le sigh.
