Day 28 - A picture of something you're afraid of.

| Loneliness A friend who is wise beyond his years recently posted a quote that went something like 'If one cannot enjoy their own company, they will always feel lonely'. I'm not recalling it correctly but I remember thinking that it applied to me. I've felt lonely in a room full of people, even knowing most of them. I've felt lonely at home and even when there are other people in the house. I don't always hate being alone, but I suppose 'ending up alone' is a different story. I even hear of people in relationships who mostly do stuff alone and I think, wtf? Why does anyone ever have to be alone if they don't want to be? But, I guess it just happens sometimes... If you can enjoy your own company, you'll never be alone. That will be my end goal. |
Day 28 - A song that makes you feel guilty
Well, I don't have any songs that make me feel guilty like per se, so I approached this a different way. I chose this more recent song by Chris Brown. I know people make mistakes but beating a woman into the hospital and coming back to sing about how much money he's making is against my moral code - which is why my enjoyment of the song makes me feel guilty. I'd rather not hear anything from him again, ever, just so that I don't feel like I'm supporting him. /rant
